LET'S TALK ABOUT IT

A saddle is a major purchase, and a personal decision. If you are interested in a saddle we have in stock or wish to discuss a custom order, please call. We have a great deal of experience with saddle fitting, and can discuss the pros and cons of different saddles and their applications. We will give you as much information as possible to allow you to make a good choice. Our consultative approach has produced a long list of delighted customers over the past 25 years.

We accept orders by telephone or email. Only a portion of our products are listed on this web site, so if there is something you don't see please give us a call, we may have it or know where to get it.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Cash, Wire Transfer, or E-transfer. Visa and Mastercard accepted, credit card fee applies

Saddles are priced and quoted in US dollars.

For Canadian Customers 5% Federal GST will be added.

SHIPPING

All shipments are FOB Carstairs, Alberta. We ship within Canada by UPS or Canada Post. We ship within the USA by UPS courier. Shipping charges will be added. Additional insurance can be provided at the customers expense.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

We are very thorough in packaging our products for shipping. If you do receive a shipment that has been damaged, you are required to make a claim with the carrier as soon as possible after receipt of shipment, and provide notification to us at 1-888-244-8225. All damage claims are with the carrier, however we will assist with any damage issues whenever possible.

OUR RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with a saddle from our inventory, we require notification within 3 days of customer receiving the goods. If you choose to return an item it can be returned to us freight prepaid and in new condition. We do not pay return shipping charges. We will replace defective merchandise at our discretion. Any items that have been misused or abused will not be replaced. This return policy does not apply to custom saddle orders.
